Rumble Arena 2 is the first non-RPG to be featured as a success. What sets Rumble Arena 2 apart is that it incorporates digivolutions into the game in an exciting and captivating manner. This is very reminiscent of the process used in the anime and feels more legitimate to purists than any other entry in this list will. Calling back to games that are reminiscent of the original Digi-Pets, Digimon World Championship could be subject to the same criticisms as Digimon World.

Besides the choice of platform, there is no redeeming quality to be found in Digimon World Championship. The graphics are nice, but the gameplay is utterly boring. Digimon World 3 is a beloved title to fans of the series. It took everything which the first two installments did and improved them with better graphics, smoother gameplay, and a large variety of Digimon available.

Digimon World Re:Digitize serves kind of as a predecessor for future titles in the franchise. The biggest change with this game is its human character designs, all of which feeling more out of a modern anime instead of the more cartoonish vibe of past games thanks to the choice to feature the character designer for the Durarara!! There isn't too much plot going on; the main point is to revive a city by getting other digimon to join the city. Each one helps out in different ways like opening a shop or offering transportation services, but there is a final boss to fight although you can keep playing after you beat it.

I can be difficult at times, but I find it's most fun playing without a guide. It's one of those games that you can keep playing forever. The sim parts are gone and there's alot more story, but it's still pretty tough. It's also a bit on the slow side but it's still good.

I know this is the DS board, but it may become one of the best Being very optimistic :P. I have the plain old Digmon World DS and it's a pretty awesome game. Haven't played the other DS one's but I would recommend that one. Nevermind, I'll just play FF4 because I seriously can't find anything at this point.
