Download driver for dlink dwa-125
I do not have current internet access with the computer, so if I have to download drivers, it will have to be tranfered via USB drive. I know Linux is not a beginners OS, so I would like some help.
I researched and the fix also requires using the terminal or command prompt. If I could get some assistance, on this I would appreciate it. Alternatively, if anyone can reccomend a cheap PCI wireless card that works out of the box, I would be happy with that as well. Last edited by barneyfife on Tue Aug 30, am, edited 1 time in total.
It is not connecting through the usb connector. I deleted the wired connection in case there was a conflict. I tried manually entering the serial number and the wep key, and toggling the "connect automotically" button, and it does not connect. INF files: dnetr28ux. Date: 28 October INF files: dnetr28u.

Device drivers enable your hardware to be able to communicate to the operating system. D-Link has created these "mini software programs" specifically for DWA to enable this commiunication. DWA is prone to system errors related to corrupt or outdated device drivers.
Device drivers can break down inexplicably, for various reasons. The excellent thing is that even though your Wireless USB Adapter problem persists, you can fix it by installing the updated driver. Finding the exact driver for your DWArelated hardware device can be extremely difficult, even directly on the D-Link or related manufacturer's website.
